Administration reviews Council policies and identifies revisions to reduce redundancy and to align with other Council policies for efficiency and transparency.
Summary
In April 2020, Council approved revised Elected Official Remuneration Policy C-AD22. Policy C-AD22 was revised to include matters in Council Expenses Policy C-AD24, now to be renamed as Elected Official Expenses Policy C-AD24. Administration's review of Policy C-AD24 provides guidelines for the reimbursement of expenses incurred by Elected Officials in the performance of their duties and to comply with the provisions of Elected Official Remuneration Policy C-AD22.
