Administration Recommendations
Although the identified errors are minor, the proposed amendments will ensure that the full intent and interpretation of the Land Use Bylaw remains intact. Administration has therefore deemed it appropriate that the following technical errors and omissions in Land Use Bylaw 20-2009 be rectified through the proposed technical amendments.

Purpose
To make technical amendments to Land Use Bylaw No. 20-2009 in order to correct clerical, technical, grammatical and typographical errors that does not materially affect the Bylaw in principle or substance.
Summary
Pursuant to Section 692 of the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M.26.1 of the Revised Statutes of Alberta, Council is not required to hold a public hearing and advertise this Bylaw because the reason for the amendment is to correct inconsistencies that do not materially affect the Bylaw in principle or in substance.
