Proposed Motion
That the 2024-2025 Agricultural Service Board, Community Sustainability Committee and Economic Diversification Committee Work Plans be approved, as presented.

Administration Recommendation
The Terms of Reference for these three committees outlines that it is the role of Council to approve the work plan for each committee. Each committee met to develop the 2024-25 work plan with matters that they perceive to be of importance to Council and to the residents and by virtue of their position with the committee, wish to provide their input and insight into the work plan matters. Additionally, administrative items have been included to ensure broad consultation on various projects and initiatives.
Purpose
To seek Council's approval on the proposed 2024-25 Agriculture Services Board (ASB), the Community Sustainability Committee (CSC) and the Economic Diversification Committee (EDC) Work Plans.
Summary
Council's role is to approve the Committee Work Plans annually. The Committee members took part in committee brainstorming sessions to identify items, issues and projects where they would like input. Staff have advised of administrative initiatives where they will be requesting input from the various committees to ascertain opinions and perspectives on their work. The work plans are now presented to Council for final approval.
