Purpose
To provide Council with an update and overview of the Customer Service Department.
Summary
In December 2017, Council approved the One Parkland Service Excellence Strategy, which aimed to improve customer service delivery for our residents and businesses. A new Customer Service department was created to centralize services through a "one-stop-shop" service model. Frontline services for all County departments were slowly transitioned to the centralized model over a period of two years, which has been fully operational since February 2021.
