Proposed Motion(s)
1. That Council provide funding in the amount of $3,500.00 to the Stony Plain and District Rural Crime Watch.
2. That the Stony Plain and District Crime Watch be required to submit a statement of expenses upon completion of the AGM, and that that any surplus grant funds be returned to Parkland County.

Purpose
To authorize a grant to the Stony Plain and District Crime Watch.
Summary
The Stony Plain and District Crime Watch will be hosting the 2014 Provincial Crime Watch AGM and are requesting funding from Parkland County to assist them in hosting this event. The Town and Stony Plain and City of Spruce Grove have also been asked to consider contributing the same grant amount to host this event. The Stony Plain and District Crime Watch will submit an expense statement upon completion of the AGM and will return any surplus grant funds to the contributing municipalities on an equal/proportionate basis.
