Title: Stonewood Terrace Homeowner's Association request to upgrade Municipal Reserve. Proposed Motions: That Council approve the Stonewood Terrace Homeowner's Association request to upgrade Municipal Reserve located at 53424 RR 274, NE-29-53-27-4 (103MR/3/0723124), and direct Administration to update the Letter of Understanding outlining the following conditions: 1) Approval is granted for the addition of a snow bank rink, approximately 80'x40' in size. 2) Approval is granted for the addition of an enclosed fire pit with built in metal fire screen, approximately 30-36" in diameter. 3) Approval is granted for the addition of 2 picnic tables to the area, located 20' from the snowbank rink. 4) Should the Association fail or cease to maintain the area, the County will not assume responsibility for it and will allow the area to return to its natural state. 5) That the Association indemnify and hold harmless Parkland County from any and all loss, liability, claims and expense arising ...

Stonewood Terrace Homeowner's Association request to upgrade Municipal Reserve.

Proposed Motions:
That Council approve the Stonewood Terrace Homeowner's Association request to upgrade Municipal Reserve located at 53424 RR 274, NE-29-53-27-4 (103MR/3/0723124), and direct Administration to update the Letter of Understanding outlining the following conditions:

1) Approval is granted for the addition of a snow bank rink, approximately 80'x40' in size.

3) Approval is granted for the addition of 2 picnic tables to the area, located 20' from the snowbank rink.

Purpose:
The Stonewood Terrace Homeowner's Association would like to upgrade the Municipal Reserve area and the current Letter of Understanding states they must get Council Approval before proceeding with any new developments for the area.

Summary:
The Stonewood Terrace subdivision is a newer area with 20 lots, developed in 2008-2009. The Stonewood Terrace Homeowner's Association (The Association) is requesting approval to upgrade the municipal reserve located within their subdivision. The Association currently has a Letter of Understanding with Parkland County that states they have approval to replace some of the ground cover in that area with playground type grass as well to plant tree's in the area from 2009.
