Summary
Proposed Bylaw 2013-07 is a comprehensive bylaw amendment that is written in numerical order following the Land Use Bylaw Sections.

The proposed Bylaw primarily deals with the following:
-      Referring to the "NOTES" field of the "Use Tables" as a reference.
-      Reducing side and rear setbacks for accessory buildings within the Agricultural and Country Residential Districts.
-      Reducing setbacks within the Business Industrial and Medium Industrial Districts.
-      Reducing the Landscaping requirements in the Business Industrial and Medium Industrial Districts
-      Omitting Garden Suites as a use by combining that definition with Secondary Suite, and creating a singular definition and regulation

Most of the proposed amendments require changes to multiple Sections within the Land Use Bylaw which contributed to the length of the proposed Bylaw.
