That the Strategic Planning schedule be amended, and regular meetings of Council be held for the purpose of Strategic Planning at the DoubleTree Hotel West Edmonton, commencing at 9:00 a.m, as presented:

Summary
Council Strategic Planning meetings are held off-site during the first quarter of the year. Meetings begin in open session at 9:00 a.m. and transition to Closed Session by Council motion in accordance with Section 197 of the Municipal Government Act.
