Proposed Motion
That Council direct administration to implement a moratorium on the approval of new multi-parcel residential subdivisions within Parkland County, effective immediately, until such time as Administration presents a comprehensive report to Council with recommendations respecting when, where, and under what conditions future multi-parcel residential subdivisions may be considered.
