Purpose
To define a "Commercial Vehicle" within Parkland County's Land Use Bylaw No. 20-2009.
 
Summary
As directed by Council, Administration has proposed this amendment to define a "Commercial Vehicle" within Section 20.1 Definitions of Parkland County's Land Use Bylaw 20-2009.  The Bylaw does not currently include this definition although the term is referenced several times throughout.
 
This bylaw amendment was referred out to adjacent municipalities, Engineering services and Fire services.  Parkland County has received comments from the City of Edmonton, Brazeau County, Leduc County, the City of Spruce Grove and the City of St. Albert, all of whom had no concerns or objections.
