Purpose
Obtain feedback from Planning & Development customers as to purpose of visit, satisfaction with services received, and suggestions for improvement in customer service.
 
Summary
As directed by Council, Planning & Development developed a short customer survey questionnaire which was made available at the P& D counter and online commencing in February, right after opening of the newly renovated front counter service area.  Thus far 11 responses have been received and the satisfaction levels are very high, and were accompanied by comments like, "Very knowlegeable fast service", "Friendly knowledgeable staff", and "Renovations create an environment that is more private and the sercive seems more personalized".  Suggestions for improvement included comments to make the forms less technical and easier to fill out and having the process online.
