That the Travel Alberta presentation be received for information, as presented.

Administration Recommendation
Administration supports recieving the Travel Alberta and Parkland County Toursim presentations as information.
Purpose
Council requested that Administration schedule a presentation for Council from Travel Alberta to become informed on what Travel Alberta can do to assist Parkland County tourism operators. Economic Development & Tourism has also prepared a presentation to review what Parkalnd County is currently doing to assist tourism operators in the County.
Summary
Council requested information regarding programs and support offered by Travel Alberta. Witth their new emphasis on tourism, it was felt that a review of what we are currently doing, what Travel Alberta can assist Parkland County with, and what we could be doing, will affect the direction we decide to go in the future.
