Purpose
The purpose of Bylaw No.2014-23 is to impose a local improvement tax towards a local improvement for base course and asphaltic cold mix surfacing within Green Acres Estates Country Residential Subdivision.
 
Summary
Green Acres Estates Country Residential Subdivision was approved in the 2014 budget for asphaltic cold mix surfacing.  As per Policy EN 001, the landowners of Green Acres Estates are required to pay 58.8% of the total cost of the project with the County paying 41.2% along with the proportionate share of the Local Improvement assessed on any Reserve Lot (s) within Green Acres Estates.
