2026-2027 Council Member Appointments to Boards and Committees
Proposed Motions
Agricultural Service Board
1. That Councillor McNab and Councillor Jespersen be appointed to the Agricultural Service Board for a one-year term starting October 27, 2026 and ending October 26, 2027.
2. That Councillor Kyle be appointed as the alternate to the Agricultural Service Board for a one-year term starting October 27, 2026 and ending October 26, 2027.
Community Sustainability Committee
3. That Councillor Jespersen and Councillor Doucette be appointed to the Community Sustainability Committee for a one-year term starting October 27, 2026 and ending October 26, 2027.
4. That Councillor Kyle be appointed as the alternate to the Community Sustainability Committee for a one-year term starting October 27, 2026 and ending October 26, 2027.
Economic Diversification Committee
5. That Councillor Olson and Councillor Jespersen be appointed to the Economic Diversification Committee for a one-year term starting October 27, 2026 and ending October 26, 2027.
Emergency Advisory Committee
6. That all members of Council be appointed to the Emergency Advisory Committee for a three-year term starting October 27, 2026 and ending October 23, 2029.
Governance and Priorities Committee
7. That all members of Council be appointed to the Governance and Priorities Committee for a three-year term starting October 27, 2026 and ending October 23, 2029.

8. That Councillor Doucette be appointed to the Board of Directors of ARROW Utilities: A Capital Region Commission for a one-year term starting October 27, 2026 and ending October 26, 2027.
9. That Councillor Kyle be appointed as the alternate to the Board of Directors of ARROW Utilities: A Capital Region Commission for a one-year term starting October 27, 2026 and ending October 26, 2027.
