Summary
At the December 12, 2023 Council meeting, Deputy Mayor Kobasiuk presented a Notice of Motion to direct administration to develop a framework and policy to support workplace mental health and wellbeing for Parkland County employees. The purpose of the proposed motion is to support employees in achieving a healthy and sustainable work-life balance where disconnection from work responsibilities outside scheduled working hours is expected and encouraged.
