Purpose
The purpose of Bylaw No.2014-22 is to impose a local improvement tax towards a local improvement for base course and asphaltic cold mix surfacing within Poplar Grove (Portion Of) Country Residential Subdivision.
 
Summary
Poplar Grove (Portion Of) Country Residential Subdivision was approved in the 2014 budget for asphaltic cold mix surfacing.  As per Policy EN 001, the landowners of Poplar Grove (Portion Of) are required to pay 60% of the total cost of the project with the County paying 40% along with the proportionate share of the Local Improvement assessed on any Reserve Lot (s) within Poplar Grove (Portion Of).
