Administration supports the one day suspension for breaching Haul Agreement 2012-H-23.  Enforcement Services dealt with the two trucks as one offence, rather then two offenses occurring simultaneously.  
 
Purpose
Karlsson Sand & Gravel/1505658 AB Ltd were issued with a one day administrative penalty under the authority of Haul Agreement 2012-H-23.  
 
Summary
On Saturday October 20, 2012 Enforcement Services conducted a proactive patrol of Range Road 44 south of Highway 627.  At 0655 hours two gravel trucks hauling for Karlsson Sand & Gravel/1505658 AB ltd were observed and stopped.  Their trucks are not permitted on Range Road 44 prior to 0730 hours. Enforcement Services dealt with the two trucks as one violation rather than two simultaneously, which would have resulted in a one day and a one week suspension.
