To bring the current policy forward to align with current practices and ensure consistency within the organization.
Summary
This update is to ensure the policy is current and structured like other newly updated policies within the County. Administration's only recommended change on this policy is to identify the Director of Engineering in place of the Manager of Engineering, which is an outdated position title. No other changes are recommended for this policy.
