Purpose
To ensure Council is informed about key items within the Planning and Development Services (PDS) Department.
Summary
PDS has prepared an update with respect to various department projects as well as general file updates. Work continues to advance on customer-service and customer-focused activities including the creation of new materials to help residents navigate planning and development activities. A review of data centre opportunities and impacts is also underway to ensure informed policy decisions.
