To provide Council with the Wave One Development Area Policies and Area Structure Plans Public Engagement Plan and to provide the opportunity for feedback.
Summary
This report presents the Public Engagement Plan (PEP) for the Wave One DAP and ASP Project. See Attachment 1 for the full PEP.
Council Public Engagement Policy C-AD51: Public Engagement requires that PEPs for County initiated plans, studies, or reports be presented to Council. The PEP includes the opportunities for in-person and online engagement, with a ride range of advertising methods to maximize participation. The proposed PEP aligns with the intent of Policy C-AD51.
