Title
Bylaw 2023-08 Land Use Bylaw 2017-18 Amendment
Trestle Creek Recreational Resort Land Use Bylaw Amendment and Redistricting, and Conceptual Scheme
Proposed Motions
1. That Bylaw 2023-08 receive first reading.
2. That a Public Hearing be scheduled for January 9, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at Parkland County Centre, Council Chambers to hear public comment on Bylaw 2023-08.
Body
Administration Recommendation
Administration supports the proposed motions, as presented, to ensure transparency, allowing opportunity for the public, adjacent municipalities, and affected parties, to provide feedback on Bylaw 2023-08 and supporting Conceptual Scheme.
