Purpose
Administration is updating Council Policy C-PD01 Development Agreement Securities and will be bringing the update to Council on May 26, 2026.
Summary
Council Policy C-PD01 was approved on June 26, 2012 and requires an update to maintain alignment with current County processes and industry standards. Administration is currently undertaking this update and expects to present to the Governance and Priorities Committee on May 19, 2026 and to Council on May 26, 2026. The postponement to these dates is to accommodate further internal review of the updated Policy and associated Procedure, as well as to enable sufficient time for industry review.
