Proposed Motion
That Council approve the appointment of Donna Bradley-Bobey to the Tri-Municipal Leisure Facility Board of Directors for a term commencing March 24, 2026 and ending December 31, 2029.

That Council appoint Donna Bradley-Bobey to the Tri-Municipal Leisure Facility Board of Directors as Parkland County's representative on the Board.

Purpose
To appoint Parkland County representatives to the Tri-Municipal Leisure Facility Board of Directors.

Summary
Parkland County, The City of Spruce Grove, and the Town of Stony Plain each own the Tri-Municipal Joint Regional Leisure Facility. The purpose of the Tri Municipal Facility Board (referred to as "the Board" herein) is to oversee the management of the Tri-Municipal Family Leisure Centre. The Board reports to the Council of each municipality. The Board has the authority and mandate to provide leadership in the business of governing and managing all corporate and operational responsibilities. The Board sets the overall policies and provides direction for the organization through the General Manager of the Facility.

Membership
The Board is comprised of nine (9) positions, three (3) representing each Municipality and of the three (3) representing each Municipality, one (1) shall be a member of Council; the Municipalities shall each vote accordingly. A Board member must reside in their principal residence within the boundaries of their respective Municipalities.

The public member is selected by the Board from a slate of candidates put forward by each Municipality through the public member recruitment process. Using the slate of candidates put forward by Parkland County the Board's Interview Subcommittee coordinates and conducts interviews.
