Purpose
The Enforcement Services Investigation Policy guides the management of complaints that allege a bylaw, Provincial Act, or Regulation violation. Currently, the Parkland County Enforcement Services investigates a variety of public complaints using internal procedures. Administration supports guidance of Enforcement Services Investigation Policy C-PE13, as presented to develop clarity and consistency.
Summary
At the April 2, 2019 Committee of the Whole meeting, the Enforcement Services Investigation Policy C-PE13 was received for information; and, further directed that Enforcement Services Investigation Policy C-PE13 be presented to Council at the April 9, 2019 Council meeting.
