Purpose

To provide Council with an overview of the Country Residential Road Levy Bylaw 01-2007, and the rationale for repealing Bylaw 01-2007.

 

Summary

This presentation provides Council with information regarding Parkland County’s Country Residential Road Levy Bylaw 01-2007, alternative methods for recovering infrastructure costs, and the rationale for repealing Bylaw 01-2007.
