To review the existing compensation and salary policies to help guide the development of a new compensation policy.
Summary
Russ Heppell, RSH Group Inc, was engaged to review of the Non-Union Market Salary and Non-Market Position Evaluation and Salary Administration policies to inform and advise on the re-development of Policy C-HR04 Compensation and to gather a sense of what other municipalities are doing in this area. The consultant's approach addresses these needs based on their knowledge and experience in performing numerous compensation projects within the municipal sector.
