That the Communications and Customer Service update be received for information, as presented.

Administration recommends that the Committee accept the update as information.

 

Purpose

To provide information to the Committee on the work of the Communications and Customer Service department.

 

Summary

Communications and Customer Service will provide the Committee with updates on current initiatives to improve in-person and online services for residents.

The department will also share updates on the County's advertising and marketing campaigns, along with a media update.
