Summary
Magnolia Community Club is an active Community Association, hosting numerous rentals and events throughout the year.  The volunteers work extremely hard to ensure the Club stays relevant for area residents and maintain the facility as a functional facility for all to use.  They are prosposing an addition to their builidng which will address long standing safety concerns with their front walkway, heat loss through their front doors and a lack of storage.  The total cost of the project is estimated at $87,138 of which they are requesting $23,225 from the County.  The group has actively fundraised $14,000 for the project, has secured an additional $8,255 in-kind and will be applying for a Community Facilty Enhancement Program Grant for the remaining $43,569 should their funding request be approved.    Further details are available in the attached Administrative Report and grant application.   If approved, the change to the 2015 budget will be noted during Spring Budget adjustment.
