Purpose
Parkland County was approved for grant funding to support emergency management training.
Summary
Parkland County Emergency Management was successful in seeking $22,012 in EMPP Grant funding for the development and management of a two-year training exercise program involving regional municipalities, local response agencies, industry partners, and other key stakeholders. The exercise plan will include a three-stage cascading tabletop exercise in 2024 and conclude with a functional exercise in 2025.
