Purpose
The purpose of Bylaw No. 6-2012 is to impose a local improvement tax towards a local improvement for base course and asphaltic cold mix surfacing within Erin Estates Country Residential Subdivision.
Summary
Erin Estates Country Residential Subdivision was approved in the 2012 budget for asphaltic cold mix surfacing. As per Policy EN 001, the landowners of the Erin Estates are required to pay 60% of the total cost of the project with the County paying 40% along with the proportionate share of the Local Improvement assessed on any Reserve Lot (s) within Erin Estates.
