That Council approve the One Parkland Service Excellence Strategy and Implementation Plan.

Administration supports the proposed motion.
Purpose
Council and Administration have identified opportunies for customer service improvements across the organization based on feedback from stakeholders. This Strategy and Implementation Plan will assist Parkland County in its goals to improve customer service, and become a more efficient, effective and innovative organization and will be a key component in supporting the Long-Term Strategic Plan.
Summary
The Strategy and Implementation Plan documents have been prepared for approval.
