Body
Administration Recommendation(s)
Administration supports the adoption of Bylaw 2014-29. The Acheson Industrial Area Structure Plan (ASP) will provide certainty as to how and when the Acheson area will develop in the future. Adoption of the Acheson Industrial ASP Bylaw No. 2014-29 will replace the existing Acheson Industrial Area Structure Plan Bylaw No. 20-97 and amendments thereto (includes Bylaw No. 45-2000, Bylaw No. 47-01, Bylaw No. 11-2009, and Bylaw No. 37-2011).

Purpose
Council has directed Administration to update the Acheson Industrial ASP.
