Proposed Motion
That Council approve Clymont Community Association's request to modify the approved uses included in their License of Occupation for Lot 2A, Block 1, Plan 0824497 based on the conditions outlined in the Administrative Report.

Purpose
Policy RP001, Municipal Reserves - Recreational Uses is the policy which typically pertains to lands on which Community Associations hold Licences of Occupation giving permission for specific recreational uses, which are approved by Council. Although this particular parcel of land is not a Municipal Reserve, because there is an existing Licence of Occupation with the Community Association, the same requirements outlined in the policy were followed. Therefore, Administration is seeking Council's approval of Clymont's requested change to allowable uses on this parcel of land.

Summary
Clymont Community League has submitted a proposal for the change of use of Parkland County lands located at NW27-51-26W4 Lot 2A Block 1 Plan 0824497, for which Clymont holds a License of Occupation (LOC). Clymont's own property includes a community hall, three baseball diamonds, an outdoor rink, memorial garden, a playground and dry camping. Clymont Community League holds an LOC for the above noted property, which is directly adjacent to the Clymont Community Hall. Clymont is requesting a change in use within the LOC, to include adding top soil and regrading of the property, adding an additional baseball diamond and allowing of overflow dry camping when required based on bookings and facility use.
