Administration would recommend that any request of Parkland County for support in the waiving of permit fees or levies be explored by Administration to clarify and confirm value and impacts prior to Council making a decision.

Edmonton Minor Soccer Association (EMSA) is sharing information about their proposed Regional Indoor Sports Centre.
Summary
Edmonton Minor Soccer Association (EMSA) has held tentative talks with the Government of Alberta regarding the project and anticipate a request to the Treasury Board for consideration of funding in 2025 Provincial Budget under Capital Projects for the Province in Fall 2024. With additional funding from City of Edmonton, and multi-national companies and various non-profit partners, EMSA believes the remainder of the financial requirements will suffice.
Presentation today is to share information on the project as well as opportunities for support.
