Proposed Motion
That Engineering Services, in consultation with the landowner, be directed to proceed with a review of the feasibility for extending Range Road 54 to provide access to the South 1/2 21-50-05-W5M.

Administration Recommendation(s)
Administration's position regarding matter is:
A. Not to pursue exploring physical accessibility through the undeveloped road allowance along Range Road 53 due to the terrain and insufficient right-of-way width.
B. Resume exploring physical accessibility along Range Road 54 provided the following can be reasonably secured:
I. agreements in principle for land acquisition (if realignment is necessary)
II. authorization under the Water Act to construct a road through Letour Lake
III. agreement in principle with Sustainable Resources and Development to acquire land (right-of-way) through Letour Lake.
C. Prior to carrying out any further work, the applicant should agree in principle to the proposed work and the preliminary cost estimate.
Purpose
Council passed a motion on February 28, 2012 directing Administration to present solutions to access the subjects lands at the March 27, 2012 Council Meeting. Council at their March 27th, 2012 meeting tabled this matter to the April 10, 2012 meeting. This was tabled once more on April 10th, 2012 meeting to April 24, 2012.
