Body

Administration Recommendation

Administration supports proposed Bylaw 2016-11 as presented.

Summary

The landowner of the subject property received approval for an amendment to Land Use Bylaw 15-00 in 2004 to add Personal Health Care Services as a site specific use to the AGR District only on their property. With the rewrite of the Bylaw in 2009, the site specific use was transferred to Land Use Bylaw 20-2009, however it was inadvertently placed in the AGG District, which does not apply to the property it references.

A Land Use Bylaw amendment is required to restore the site specific use to its intended location in the Parkland County Land Use Bylaw 20-2009. This Bylaw amendment would move Personal and Health Care Services as a site specific use on Lot B, Plan 842 1539, Pt. NE 28-52-27-W4M from the AGG District to the AGR District.

Financial Impact:

This amendment has no financial impact.
