That the following public member appointments to Boards and Committees be approved effective April 25, 2024:

Community Sustainability Committee
- Kaeleigh Boiko - 3-Year Term

Agricultural Service Board
- George Greenough - 2-Year Term *

Economic Diversification Committee
- Kristine Olson - 1-Year Term
- Cam Milliken - 3-Year Term
- Kate Polkovsky - 1-Year Term *

Subdivision and Development Appeal Board
- Ben Jespersen - 3-Year Term
- Wendy Ekert - 3-Year Term

Administration supports the proposed motion.

Purpose
Parkland County has boards and committees that allow for public members to be appointed for specific terms. Each year, Legislative and Legal Services reviews boards/committees that have public member terms ending and initiates public recruitment for these vacancies.

Summary
Parkland County campaigned for public committee members January - March, 2024 through newspaper advertisement, the County's website, and social media. On March 22, 2024 interviews were conducted with the following interview panel:

Community Sustainability Committee
- Deputy Mayor Birnie and Councillor Kobasiuk

Agricultural Service Board
- Deputy Mayor Birnie and Councillor Kobasiuk

Economic Diversification Committee
- Deputy Mayor Birnie and Councillor Kowalski.

On March 26, 2024 interviews were conducted for the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by the following interview panel:
- Deputy Mayor Birnie, Councillor Kowalski and Councillor Wiedeman

On March 28, 2024 interview was conducted for Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by the following interview panel:
