Summary
With the approval of Parks Bylaw 2023-16, Administration completed a review of policies and bylaws to ensure alignment.
Waterfront Park Bylaw 2022-07 was identified as being redundant and the intent captured within Parks Bylaw 2023-16.
With the adoption of Parks Bylaw 2023-16, Bylaw 2022-07 can be rescinded.
