Purpose
Policy EN 015 has been reviewed and determined, the information found within is outdated and redundant given the acceptance of Directive A-LM01, approved May 2023.
Summary
Administration have reviewed Policy EN 015 and deem it no longer applicable/relevant, as it has been determined to have outdated information related to land valuations and is in direct contradiction with Directive A-LM01. Policy EN 015 has antiquated valuation information that does not meet or accurately portray current land values within Parkland County. Policy EN 015 contradicts Directive A-LM01 regarding how land valuations are completed and provides redundant information about land purchasing procedures.
