Purpose
The purpose of Bylaw No.2013-12 is to impose a local improvement tax towards a local improvement for base course and asphaltic cold mix surfacing within Neutral Valley Country Residential Subdivision.
Summary
Neutral Valley Country Residential Subdivision was approved in the 2013 budget for asphaltic cold mix surfacing.  As per Policy EN 001, the landowners of Neutral Valley are required to pay 60% of the total cost of the project with the County paying 40% along with the proportionate share of the Local Improvement assessed on any Reserve Lot (s) within Neutral Valley.

This bylaw is in accordance with County Policy EN 001 and Division 7 of the Municipal Government Act.
