That the appointment of Mandy Kessler as Inspector under the Weed Control Act as per Part 2 7(1) and the Agricultural Pests Act as per Section 10(1), of Alberta for 2016 be approved.

Purpose
This appointment will allow the inspector to enter private property, in the discharge of their duties, without the landowner's consent.
Summary
This appointment is required on a yearly basis and will expire at the end of the employment contract. Precautions are taken by staff when entering private property to ensure that all equipment, etc. will be clean before entering or leaving a field.
