Purpose
To ensure Council is informed about key items within the Planning and Development Services (PDS) Department.
Summary
PDS has prepared an update with respect to each program area within the department as well as general file updates. Over the last two months, work has continued to advance on customer-service and customer-focused activities including re-opening of the Planning counter and the creation of new materials to help residents navigate planning and development activities. Off-site levy and Area Structure Plan work has also continued to advance which supports long-term planning and growth.
