Land Use Bylaw Project Implementation Resolution
Proposed Motions
1. Whereas Council approve to accept text and/or map applications to amend Land Use Bylaw 2017-18 to proceed with first reading and if applicable to schedule a public hearing and second and third reading in relation to amend the Land Use Bylaw, for the following applications:
a. To re-district SW 33-52-26-W4 from AGR - Agriculture Restricted District to MI - Medium Industrial District and BI - Business Industrial Districtb.
b. To re-district SW 29-52-26-4 and Lot 1 and 2, Block 1, Plan 032 1486 from AGR - Agriculture Restricted District to BI - Business Industrial District
c. To amend the text in the Highvale End Land Use Direct Control District (DC Area 2) And to amend the text to the Keephills Direct Control District Regulations (DC Area 4)
2. Whereas Application PD2024-002 and PD2024-003 commenced November 6, 2024, prior to the effective date of the moratorium imposed by Council effective December 1, 2024, that Council proceed with the public hearing and second and third reading, if applicable, in relation to Bylaws 2024-24 and 2024-25 to amend the Land Use Bylaw.
