Purpose
To schedule the annual organization meeting as required by section 192(1) of the Municipal Government Act and Parkland County's Meeting Procedures Bylaw 2015-06.
Summary
Section 192(1) of the Municipal Government Act requires a council to hold an organizational meeting annually not later than 14 days after the third Monday in October.
Historical Information:
Parkland County has historically set the organizational meeting on the fourth Tuesday of October each year.
