Purpose
The purpose of Bylaw 19-2012 is to impose a local improvement tax towards a local improvement for base course and asphaltic cold mix surfacing within Hycrest Place 2 Country Residential Subdivision.
 
Summary
Hycrest Place 2 Country Residential Subdivision was approved in the 2012 budget for asphaltic cold mix surfacing.  As per Policy EN 001, the landowners of Hycrest Place 2 are required to pay 60% of the total cost of the project with the County paying 40% along with the proportionate share of the Local Improvement assessed on any Reserve Lot(s) within Hycrest Place 2.
