Administration supports the proposed motion as the report will provide current information to the Governance and Priorities Committee regarding ongoing activities and initiatives within Operations Services Division.
Purpose
The purpose of this report is to provide current information to the Governance and Priorities Committee regarding ongoing activities related to the County's Operation Division.
Summary
The Operations Services Division includes the following departments:
• Public Works
• Road Maintenance and Drainage
• Engineering Services
This report will provide an overview of the responsibilities and operations related to County infrastructure for each of the departments listed above. Each department will be providing a presentation that will identifying their responsibilities and an update on current activities. These activities support Council’s Strategic Plan.
