Proposed Motion

That the following public member appointments to the Community Sustainability Committee be approved effective October 24, 2023, as follows:

 

- Tyler Marlatt, 2 Year Term

- Graeme Dawes, 3 Year Term

- Cindy Iverson, 3 Year Term

- Sherry Buttrey, 3 Year Term

- Cameron Appelt, 2 Year Term

Purpose

Parkland County's Community Sustainability Committee had five (5) public member vacancies. 

 

Summary

Parkland County's Community Sustainability Committee has five (5) vacancies available for public member appointments.  Parkland County campaigned for public committee members August - September, 2023 through newspaper advertisement, the County's website, and social media.  On October 11, 2023 interviews were conducted for the Community Sustainability Committee by the following interview panel:  Mayor Gamble, and Deputy Mayor Hoefsloot.
