Proposed Motion
That Council approves registration costs for the July 15th GPRC Chamber on Tap event to be paid with individual Elected Official Community Relations Budgets.

Purpose
To obtain approval for Parkland County Elected Officials to use their individual community relations budget to pay for their registrations for the July 15th GPRC Chamber on Tap event https://business.gprchamber.ca/events/details/2025-chamber-on-tap-july-5335.
Summary
The Elected Official Remuneration Policy C-AD22 states that Elected Officials cannot use their Community Relations Budget within 6 months of election unless they obtain resolution from Council.
A majority of Parkland County Elected Officials would like to attend the GPRC Chamber on Tap event which is being held at Anohka Distillery in Parkland County. Therefore any elected official who would like to attend be allowed to use their Community Relations Budget to register for the event.
