Proposed Motion
That Council approve $1,000,000 to complete construction of sanitary line infrastructure within Acheson Zone 5 funded from the Restricted Surplus Business Attraction Fund, as presented.

Purpose
Approval by Council will provide Administration with direction to fund infrastructure construction in Acheson Zone 5. Infrastructure will include the sanitary lines servicing the development area and connected sanitary system components.
Summary
This motion will provide funding to support the construction of sanitary lines along 99 Avenue needed to service the Westlink development area, and will support connecting the sanitary system into the lift station. This is aligned with the ongoing industrial servicing within the Westlink development area and enabling development south of Highway 16A, west of Highway 60.
The funding allocation will primarily support the construction of a sanitary service lines and is an extension of the improvements completed by Parkland County in 2025 at the intersections of Highway 16A at Spruce Valley Road and at Pinchbeck/Bevington Road.
