Title
Proposed amendments to Land Use Bylaw No. 20-2009 (Bylaw No. 2013-23)
Proposed Motions
1.  That Bylaw No. 2013-23 receive first reading.
2.  That a public hearing be scheduled on November 26, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. to hear public comment for Bylaw No. 2013-23.
Body
Administration Recommendation(s)
Administration supports the proposed motions.
Purpose
Bylaw 07-2012 was passed May 8th, 2012 for the purpose of redistricting the subject area to AGG-Agricultural General District. It incorrectly referenced the area as originally being districted AGR-Agricultural Restricted District when in fact the lands were part of the ANC- Agricultural/Nature Conservation District. This Bylaw will repeal Bylaw 07-2012 and form a new bylaw that references the correct existing land use.
Summary
As directed by Legislative and Administrative Services this Bylaw will correct an error made in the drafting of Bylaw No. 07-2012.
